So how is replacing natural milk sugar, lactose, with refined white sugar, sucrose, better? Unless you are lactose intolerant why would you pay more for manipulated milk? If you want more protein just drink more milk and less soda!

Sucrose is regular table sugar. Sucralose is the artificial sweetener.
