No added sugar in unsweetened almond milk, no cholesterol in almond milk – and half the calories of slim milk. Not to mention plant based versus animal. And I get so much protein from a variety of places – I certainly don’t need milk to provide me with my protein needs. I wonder if you will post this inconvenient truth?
